Bruce Whale
Bruce Whale is an architectural designer and realtor based in Kauai, Hawaii. For the past 15 years, Bruce has been successfully designing, building and managing projects as an Architectural Designer, including 85-plus projects totaling well over $100 million dollars in build value. His specialty is working on projects with severely challenging State and County restrictions, where his strong relationships, credibility, and distinguished track record provide the quality results his affluent clients and investors have come to expect. Bruce is also a successful realtor, combining his land use experience and design excellence in one of the most challenging real estate development markets in the world.
Bruce was born and raised in South Africa and studied Geology and Marine Biology at University of Port Elizabeth and University of the Witwatersrand. As a creative consultant, he worked as an advertising photographer and marketing professional before leaving South Africa in 1996.
After traveling throughout Europe and the United States, Bruce briefly settled in Big Sur, California before moving on to an island life in Kauai. As an island resident, he is able to enjoy his love of the ocean, while also staying active in marathons and road cycling. He also makes it a point to continue his travels, including as many trips to Palau as possible!
Malia Powers
Malia Powers was born and raised on the Garden Island of Kauai, Hawaii and loves to share her aloha for the island life. She has specialized in high end real estate for the last 25 years and is a dedicated professional who strives to deliver the highest level of integrity and service to her clients.
